Laughter Yoga in Western Countries

The concept of laughter clubs is slightly different in the West, where club members like to meet for two hours every weekend or fortnightly. They laugh together for thirty minutes along with breathing and stretching exercises, followed by laughter meditation for thirty minutes. After that, they participate in activities, games, brainstorming on psychological and philosophical aspects of laughter and dancing. The frequency of such laughter meetings can be decided based on the convenience of the group.
